From a young, up-and-coming sire, but an extremeley experienced and well appreciated dam, Man In Black fits the bill for what we were looking for in a top of the line Dressage and future breeding prospect. He has all the grace and stride of his ancestors, and is simply gorgeous. When we saw him first, we thought it was too good to be true. After more investigation, we found that he was indeed just what we had been looking for.
Man In Black's pedigree is filled with Class I, Master, Premium B, A and Elite horses. He earned his Master grade in August of 2010 at the UAR exterior inspection, and we hope that once he has a show record under his belt he can be presented for breeding approval.
Not only is his pedigree well known for winning horses, but also for incredible demeanors. His dam and sire both were noted to be easy-handling horses, which has contributed to their success in the ring. Black is the same way, and even though he is a stud still and can sometimes be a handful around the ladies, he knows his job and he loves people. We are so happy to have him here at Castrol, and look forward to many years of successful competition with him to come.

Pedigree
Oceanborns Aerial Ace, also sire of Master awarded Oceanborn Black Leg Sanj, and Class I Svartbäcks Gamay. A young competitor that is starting to get some earnings under his belt, including first place titles in LC Dressage, 90cm Eventing and exhibition classes. Has now earned his Elite status and joined the ranks of the many stallions used in the Utsiktens breeding program that never stop impressing us.
Descending from the Elite mare Cassandra, Valentina is an exceptional mare in every way. First, in the competition ring, she holds a Dressage UAR Legendary Hall of Fame title, with 307 Merit points and over 1500 points in Dressage. She is currently graded B Premium, and recieved a Master grade at her initial exterior inspection, as well as at a second inspection under a different judge. Both judges knew what they were looking at - a truley fabulous mare in every way. Dam to six foals, three of which are Diploma grade and the other three Class I. Offspring include Utsiktens FantasMic, dam to three Class I foals. Her pedigree extends back through four generations of some of the finnest sim breeding available.
